Toning focuses on building and activating lean muscle to create a firmer, more defined look, helps shape the body, and prevents a "skinny-fat" appearance.

Right now the focus is on in-person and hybrid support in Bali. If you're mostly online but still interested, you can mention this in your application and Ayu will let you know what's possible.

Pricing depends on session length, frequency, and whether you choose 1:1 or hybrid support. After you apply, Ayu will share available packages and help you choose what fits your goals and budget.
